Things that make my heart do the hokey pokie

–four-day work weeks

–going on a $200 shopping spree during my lunch break (saving calories and burning calories! what could be better?)

–buying a $20 orange maxi dress during above mentioned shopping spree and recieving tons of compliments

–getting my boobs examined during my annual exam (does that make me weird? the doctor just touches them so well…)

–seeing an old couple do something cute and all old-coupley (yes ‘old-coupley’ is an adjective…as in “Church Boy and I were being all old-coupley when we vegged out on the couch and I couldn’t even reach my glass of water because I was exhausted).

–when boys take your sunglasses off your face, clean them, and then put them back on your face while still continuing the conversation and never even mentioning the random act of kindness they just performed. that ALWAYS makes my heart melt.

    I like it when Boyfriend cleans my glasses too. I need him to because I’m so blind and I can barely see them myself. I’m also a fan of when we are laying in bed and I hand my glasses to him before we go to sleep and he gets up to put them on the dresser…so they don’t get broken.

    This post gave me the warm fuzzies!

    One guy did the sunglasses thing, and I thought that was so sweet.

    Baseball Boy would always scrape ice and snow off of my car and warm it up for me before I would drive to work. He was particularly thoughtful so those gestures meant a lot!
